We received the circle letter the other day and the following are a few words of advice from my hubby's brothers and sisters.
Don't criticize a man until you have walked a mile in his shoes, then you will be a mile away and you will also have his shoes.
When you receive constructive criticism, or when bad things happen to good people: apply a Q-TIP (quit taking it personally)
I thought that was very good advice.

I've heard the mile in someone else's shoes before, but I hadn't heard the Q-TIP one. Clever.
or better yet - when someone is acting stupid, say what Happy Bunny Says, "Go suck the life out of someone else." there... all better.
Yeah the walk a mile is someone elses shoes is good, but also when someone is saying something about someone else I have heard you don't know unless you walk in their shoes. I like the Q-tip that is something to ponder.
those are funny, who put those in there?
